Your driver will be waiting for you upon arrival with a meet-and-greet board displaying your name. Make sure you give a valid mobile phone number and that your phone is turned on. If we cannot locate you, we will make every effort to contact you. Please save our phone number, which is included in your booking confirmation email, so that you may contact us if necessary.
